Curriculum Model Designs cc (CURMO Designs cc CK95/17204/23) was established in 1995 by Drs WP and MM Burger and several products for application in the development environment were developed. Both directors had many years of experience in education, training, research and development and were regarded as experts in their respective fields of application. 
Responding to a need for adult educators and trainers, the organisation offered Adult Practitioner Certificate courses. Initially, training was conducted in cooperation with the Faculty of Agricultural and thereafter with the Faculty of Education, University of Pretoria. These faculties also conducted certification. In 2002 CURMO Designs cc was accredited as provider with the ETDP Seta and in 2007 the business format was changed to CURMO Designs (Pty) Ltd (2007/030300/07).
INSERT::A secondary accreditation was obtained from the SA Board for Personnel Practice. Mr Pieter Burger (Microscope-Lean Consulting CC) joined the company as associate to facilitate management and engineering applications.
When needed, the organisation draws expertise and capacity from a network of associates.
